Use the form below to send your name, contact information, and requested table count to Aaron Newcomer. Returning table holders can include their previous table details and any changes for this year.
Your request is subject to availability. We’ll confirm your tables, payment arrangements, and any special requirements by email. Sending a request does not reserve a table automatically.
Wednesday check-in & setup

- Table-holder setup
Non-table holders may purchase early access during table-holder setup, 2:00–6:00 PM, for an additional $20 per person, including organization members.
At check-in, pay for your tables, collect your registration packet, and purchase banquet tickets.

Read the show rules. For a display, special space needs, or an item that needs advance approval, contact the organizer first.
